Getting Started
Rates
We accept self-pay and insurance as payment options.
The self-pay rate is $150 for the first session and follow up sessions are $125 per session.
(The higher cost of the first session reflects its extended duration and the comprehensive information that is covered during this initial meeting.)
We offer a sliding scale option for our services. Fees and financial responsibilities will be discussed during your initial appointment, and we will continue to have ongoing conversations about this throughout your treatment as necessary.
If you are paying out-of-pocket, we can provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider(s) for potential reimbursement.

We currently accept the following insurance:

Cigna (EAP: Cigna available as well)
United Healthcare/Optum (EAP: Optum available as well)

We are currently applying for other insurance providers and will update as they become available.
Please contact your provider to ask about coverage.
Payment
Co-pays and other payments are required at the time of service. If you are uncertain about your co-payment rate, please reach out to your insurance company for clarification.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice (1 business day) for rescheduling or canceling an appointment, as each appointment is reserved specifically for you
Fees:
No-call/no-show fee: $75 per session
Late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours' notice): $75 per session
In cases of emergency, requests to waive these fees may be considered. Such requests must be approved by the owner and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
