Established in 2025, our practice is dedicated to expanding access to affordable mental health care in Kentucky, with a special focus on serving marginalized communities.

Hey y’all, I’m Nikki Layne, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a deep-rooted passion for mental health and well-being, born and raised in Letcher County, Kentucky. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. My own struggles with self-identity, anxiety, and depression in a resource-limited rural community have deeply shaped my path toward becoming a counselor. I know what it’s like to feel isolated, unsure of who to talk to, and unsure of who you truly are. That’s why I’m here—to help you know that you are accepted, you are worthy, and you matter simply because you exist. My passion lies in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear.
As a proud member of the LGBTQI community, I’m especially committed to supporting my peers and providing essential resources for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-identity, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to walk with you every step of the way.
